Ohio police investigating after deadly emergency room shooting

According to Fox 28, a suspect was transported to Mount Carmel St. Ann’s hospital after reportedly passing out in a vehicle. The individual had open domestic violence warrants and a weapon under disability warrant in his name and was being held by police for pickup.
