Flash flooding in Kentucky, Tennessee leads to water rescues of toddlers

Dozens of counties throughout the eastern U.S. remain under flood warnings Monday morning following heavy rainfall over the weekend that resulted in the water rescues of toddlers in Kentucky and Tennessee.
