Robbie Bradford Maye, 86, of Sale Creek, Tennessee, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, June 1, 2026.
A funeral service to celebrate Robbie's life will be held at 12:00 PM on Friday, June 5, 2026, in the Larry Moore Memorial Chapel of Moore Funeral Home in Trenton, Georgia. Brother Dan Mouw will officiate. Robbie will be laid to rest at Hawkins Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Friday from 10:00 AM until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Robbie was born on December 27, 1939, to the late Martin and Ann Bradford in the New Salem Community of Lookout Mountain, Georgia. She retired from Walmart after many years of service. Family meant everything to Robbie, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In her younger years, she enjoyed traveling and taking motorcycle trips with her husband, Dewey. Robbie was an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan, enjoyed caring for her home, and loved reading her Bible. She was a faithful member of Union Forks Baptist Church in Sale Creek.
She is survived by her daughter, Vickie (Gene) Tremmier; sister, Faye (Doc) Nichols; grandchildren, Bradley (Rachel) Tremmier and Tiffany Bryant; great-grandchildren, Ellie Tremmier, Madelyn Tremmier, Levi Tremmier, Alora Stewart, and Alana Tremmier; along with several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In addition to her parents, Robbie was preceded in death by her husband, Dewey E. Maye; her son, Shun D. Steele; and her brother, Demeree Bradford.
Bradley Tremmier, Brian Nichols, Dakota Nichols, Wesley Bradford, Robert McKaig and Rodney Ross will serve as pallbearers.
The family would like to express their appreciation to all who have offered their love, prayers, and support during this time.
