Trenton Civic Center has now has the green light to re-open

The Trenton Civic Center has now has the green light to re-open. The Trenton City Council voted Monday to open the Center after new cleaning guidelines are established. You will soon be able to call the City to book the Center that has been closed due to COVID-19 for over a year.

The City has also cleared the way for the 1945 Dade County Fair, and the closing of the roads to accommodate the event on July 3rd at the City Park, they also agreed to become a co-sponsor of the event.
City Leaders also agreed to use Appalachian Mountain Services to conduct City tax collections. Dade county already uses AMS to collect unpaid county property taxes.
