The driver, armed with a pistol, threatened to take his own life.Eventually, the driver, identified as Cameron Seisan, was arrested without injuries to officers and was transported to Erlanger Health in Chattanooga for necessary medical treatment.Once he is discharged from the hospital, Seisan will be facing charges in Marion County as well as Franklin County.
