A FLOOD WATCH has been issued for north and portions of central Georgia, including Dade County, from 7 PM Wednesday through 7 PM Friday. Total rainfall amounts from 2 to 4+ inches are expected inside the watch area with higher amounts in training storms.

OVERVIEW:

Showers and thunderstorms are forecast through the weekend across North and portions of Central Georgia. Total rainfall amounts of 2 to 4+ inches are expected in the watch area through Friday night. Locally higher amounts are possible with stronger, slow moving, or training thunderstorms.

KEY MESSAGES:
A Flood Watch has been issued for north and portions of central Georgia from 7 PM Wednesday through 7 PM Friday.
