The Dade County Sheriff’s Office posted to their Facebook page on Monday about a new scam going around. Citizens have been receiving calls from a number claiming to be fundraising for local law enforcement. If you receive one of these calls, please ignore it. The Sheriff’s department does not call residents for donations.
