Georgia Labor Commissioner shared their latest employment report. As of March of 2023, Dade County’s unemployment dropped from 234 unemployed to 205. 
Dade also reports 8,019 in the work force, 7,814 currently working
Walker County reports 31,276 in the work force, with 30,398 currently working, leaving 878 unemployed, 3.2%.
Catoosa County has reported in the work force 33,510. 32,622 are currently employed which leaves 888 unemployed, a rate of 2.9%.
Chattooga reports 9,353 in the workforce with 9,009 employed. 344 Remains unemployed.
