Cody Ray Busby, 36, of Bryant, AL was killed in a one-vehicle crashed on Monday.
Busby was found at 2 a.m. Monday morning where his 1998 Ford Mustang had left the roadway, striking a tree. Busby was pronounced dead at the scene. Responding emergency officials determined Busby had not properly engaged his seat belt in his vehicle.
The car was found on Dekalb County Road 155, near County Road 805. This scene was roughly seven miles north of Ider.
