The Davis community has limited water pressure this morning due to a main break.
Josh Ingle Superintendent of Dade county schools sent the flowing message to Davis parents this morning.
DAVIS: Parents, we were just informed that due to a water leak, the water will be shut off for an extended period of time. We have communicated with the Health Department, and have developed a plan to maintain operations with slight adjustments; including lunch. If you feel the need to sign out your student, we will code it as an Administrative Day. We are making the best of a challenging situation.
The water company hopes to have the water restored in the next 3 hours
