North Dade Neighborhood Watch to Hold Organizational Meeting October 18
Residents in North Dade are invited to attend an organizational meeting for the North Dade Neighborhood Watch on Saturday, October 18, at noon at the Wildwood Community Center.
The meeting aims to bring neighbors together to strengthen community safety efforts and recruit new volunteers — especially responsible drivers to help patrol local neighborhoods using the Neighborhood Watch vehicle.
Organizers say the driving shifts typically take place during business hours on weekdays, and the goal is to recruit enough volunteers so that each driver will only need to serve a few hours each week.
All residents are encouraged to attend, learn more about the program, and find ways to get involved in keeping North Dade’s communities safe and connected.
