All Citizens are invited to attend a special called Board of Education meeting January 9th at 6:15pm at the Dade County Board of Education to discuss House Bill 581. This Bill was voted on and passed in the recent election allowing School Boards to opt out of the Statewide wide adjusted base year ad valorem tax Homestead Exemption for the Dade County School District.
