In a post on their Facebook page, the DeKalb County Sheriff’s office announced a temporary closure.
“We are currently closed until further notice due to sickness. It is our responsibility to ensure everyone is safe, including our community.
You are still able to go online at dekalbcountysheriff.org for pistol permits and if you need a Deputy, please call our dispatchers and they will get your call to the right ones, the office number is 256-845-3801.”
