North Carolina sheriff doubles reward to $20k in search for man who fatally shot Pennsylvania mother of six

The Robeson County Sheriff’s Office doubled the reward to $20,000 for information leading to the arrest of a suspect who fatally shot a mother of six in a road rage incident last week.
