Braves Look to Avoid Sweep in Wednesday Finale Against Twins

The Atlanta Braves will look to avoid a sweep Wednesday afternoon when they wrap up their three-game road series against the Minnesota Twins.

Atlanta enters the finale with a 74-52 record, including a 32-29 mark on the road. The Braves have dropped the first two games of the series and will try to get back into the win column before leaving Minnesota.

The Twins have improved to 62-65 overall and 34-31 at home after taking the first two games from Atlanta.

The Braves will look for their offense to get going in the finale and finish the series on a positive note as they continue their push through the second half of the season.

First pitch between Atlanta and Minnesota is scheduled for 1:40 p.m. Wednesday.
