Motley Crue Responds To Mick Mars’ Lawsuit

SHARE NOW

Motley Crue has responded to the lawsuit Mick Mars has filed against them, calling it "unfortunate and completely off-base."

In the lawsuit, Mars says that his split from the group was less than friendly and in fact, the bandband together to get him out against his will.

Mars' lawsuit demands that his bandmates, Nikki Sixx, Vince Neil and Tommy Lee, hand over documents connected to their businesses so they can go to arbitration.

The lawsuit also accuses the band of withholding information about business ventures, which Mars reportedly owns 25 percent of.

Mars claims that the band signed an agreement, which would divest him of future business dealings in exchange for a 5 percent stake in Motley Crue's ongoing tours and 0 percent of future tours.

According to Ultimate Classic Rock, Mars has accused the band of "deliberately withholding information about their shared business ventures, while also trying to railroad him into an unfair financial arrangement."
