Elizabeth Guinn, 99, of Rising Fawn, GA, passed away on Monday, November 25, 2024 in a local health care facility.
Mrs. Guinn was a self-employed hairdresser for over 40 years and was a member of the former Cave Springs Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 73 years, Charles M. Guinn, parents, Will & Lorena Bailey Grimes, daughter, Mary Jo Hawes, brother, Jack Grimes, sister, Christina Basham, and grandson, Larry Abbott.
Survivors include her son, Charles “Slugger” (Diana) Guinn of Rising Fawn; grandchildren, Chris (Felicia) Guinn, Jennifer (Chris) Walker, Joe (Hillary) Guinn, Kelly (Luke) Gray, & Mike Abbott; nine great-grandchildren, several nieces & nephews are also left to cherish her memory.
Graveside services for Mrs. Guinn will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Hanna Cemetery with Rev. Reese Fauscett officiating. You may share expressions of sympathy on her guestbook at ryanfuneralhome.net.
The family will receive friends on Friday, November 29th from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at Ryan Funeral Home & Crematory, Trenton, GA.
