Hawaii Proud Boys leader Nick Ochs is expected to appear in federal court in Honolulu Monday after returning from Washington, D.C. last week, where he allegedly stormed the Capitol with a crowd of pro-Trump demonstrators, interrupting the official certification of Electoral College votes.
