Congratulations, Wolverines! After placing 3rd in the Region 7-AA tournament; the boys will be headed to Heard County for their first back-to-back State Playoff appearance in 8 years. The Wolverines are currently 15-12.
The Heard County Braves are appearing in the tournament after finishing second in the Region 5 AA tournament. They bring an 18-9 record into the matchup. The Braves missed their region championship by one point; falling to Callaway County (fans of the 08-09 Wolverines will remember the Cavaliers well) 53-52.
