Dade County ‘s #2 ranked Lady Wolverines continued their red hot roll on Thursday at Columbus in the GHSA AA State Softball Championships with a first round win over Union County 5-2. With outstanding defense and timely hitting, Coach Stephen Graham’s team improved to 27-2-1 and advanced in the winner’s bracket.
Friday morning at 9 AM they will take on #3 ranked Bremen who defeated #1 ranked Vidalia 6-4 on Thursday. Bremen is 23-7 on the season and are the Region 5 champions.
