The North Georgia region is maintaining it’s historically low unemployment rates throughout the winter months. Dade and Catoosa lead the pack with 1.7%, with Walker at 1.9%. Georgia state-wide unemployment sits comfortably at 2.4%; with 4.0% being considered “full employment” by modern standards.
