The City of Trenton Commission and Planning Commission will hold a work session on Tuesday, March 1st regarding Distilled Spirit Sales.
As a reminder; this past November the voters in the city of Trenton elected to pass three ordinances regarding alcohol.
1- Package sales by retailers of both malt beverages and wine on Sundays
2- Issuance of licenses for the package sale of distilled spirits
3- Sunday sales of distilled spirits or alcoholic becverages for purposes of ‘beverage by the drink’
