Chicago teen murdered by Latin King gang members over haircut

Jesus Moro, 21, and Sergio Rodriguez, 20, were charged with first-degree murder after they allegedly shot and killed 16-year-old Julian Castillo in the Chicago Lawn neighborhood Friday night, police said.
