Fort Hood Garrison changes commanders May 27
FORT HOOD, Texas – Fort Hood’s Garrison changed commanders at 9 a.m. May 27 during a change of command ceremony at the III Corps Headquarters flag pole.

Col. Jason A. Wesbrock will relinquish command of U.S. Army Garrison – Fort Hood to Col. Chad R. Foster.
Brenda Lee McCullough, director, IMCOM-Readiness U. S. Army Installation Management Command, will preside over the ceremony.
Foster came to Fort Hood from Headquarters Department of the Army where he served as the Chief of Staff for the Army’s new Command Assessment Programs (CAPs) for both lieutenant colonel and colonel level commanders.
Wesbrock will assume duties as the First Army Division West chief of staff.
