Classic cars, family fun and a good cause will come together in Trenton next month for the Dade County Car Show.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, October 10, from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Trenton Civic Center in Dade County.
The community is invited to spend the day enjoying classic cars, food and treats, live inspirational singing, children’s games and activities, and an indoor market featuring local vendors and unique finds.
Car owners can enter the show for a $25 entry fee. Special awards will be presented for Best in Show, People’s Choice, Best Paint, Best Interior, Best Engine and “Most Likely to Get Pulled Over.”
All proceeds from the event will benefit A Hand Up Ministry, an organization working to help reunite families, including bringing mothers and fathers back together with their children.
Organizers say the car show is centered around “faith, family and classic cars,” while giving the community an opportunity to support families in need.
