Sue McMahan Ryan, 87, a lifelong resident of Dade County, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2026.
Sue graduated from Dade County High School, retired from Trenton Spinning Mills and was a member of Rising Fawn Methodist Church. She spent many hours making beautiful quilts, enjoyed cooking and loved her dachshunds. Sue was preceded in death by her parents, Donni & Lucille Cochran McMahan, husband, Willard Ryan, brother, Gene McMahan, and sisters, Ginny Davis & Joyce Flynn.
Sue is survived by her daughter, Karen Ryan (Jon Somsen) and son, Ralph (Kim) Ryan; several nieces & nephews.
A graveside service will be held at a later date at Lake Hills Memorial Gardens. Online condolences may be shared at ryanfuneralhome.net.
