Dade County Schools to Operate on 2-Hour Delay Tuesday

DADE COUNTY, Ga. — Dade County Schools will operate on a two-hour delay Tuesday due to extremely cold morning temperatures.

School officials say bus routes will be extended, allowing students to remain inside their homes or vehicles until buses arrive.

Morning temperatures are expected to range between 5 and 8 degrees, creating hazardous conditions for students waiting outdoors.
