SAND MOUNTAIN, Ala. — The North Sand Mountain Bison will open the AHSAA state football playoffs on the road at Lexington after a schedule change moved the first-round matchup to Thursday night.
NSM arrives with momentum after a strong regular season and will look to lean on its defense and ground game to advance. With the short week and a road environment, special teams and turnovers could be the difference.
