The Dade County Sheriff’s Office has announced that applications are now open for the annual “Hope for the Holidays” program, which provides assistance to local families in need during the Christmas season.
Applications will be accepted through November 21, 2025, and are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at the Sheriff’s Office.
The program, organized each year by the Sheriff’s Office with help from community partners and volunteers, helps ensure that children and families across Dade County experience the joy of the holidays. Donations from individuals and local businesses make it possible to provide gifts, food, and other essentials to those who might otherwise go without.
