The Atlanta Braves will look to bounce back Saturday afternoon when they take on the Milwaukee Brewers in Game 2 of their three-game weekend series.
Atlanta dropped Friday’s series opener 2-1 in a pitchers’ duel. Chris Sale allowed two runs over six innings, but the Braves were held scoreless until Michael Harris II delivered an RBI single in the eighth. Milwaukee held on to secure the one-run victory.
The loss dropped Atlanta to 75-54 on the season, while Milwaukee improved to 80-49. The Braves remain in first place in the National League East.
Game 2 is set for 2:10 Saturday afternoon at American Family Field in Milwaukee.
