NHC — featuring Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins and Jane's Addiction guitarist and bassist Dave Navarro and Chris Chaney — have just dropped their latest video, "Devil That You Know." Blabbermouth reported that band's first headlining shows, set for tomorrow night (November 23rd) at the Troubadour in L.A., sold out "almost instantly."
The band's still untitled — and presumably unfinished — debut album will reportedly contain a dozen tracks.
Although his day job with Foo Fighters sees Taylor Hawkins performing in some of the biggest venues on the planet, he told us that going back to the nitty gritty is sometimes exactly what the doctor ordered: ["I get bored on the big tours sometimes. It becomes a bit like Groundhog Day, where it's the same thing every day. Y'know, you go and here's your dressing room, and you sit there, and soundcheck's at four — and I like this just as much, if not more at this point. I don't want to say I don't enjoy what I do in the Foo Fighters, 'cause I totally do and I love that, but I also sometimes feel a little bit too insulated."] SOUNDCUE (:21 OC: . . . bit too insulated)
