Pearl Jam fans have a rare, once-in-a lifetime chance to hang out personally with the band while promoting voting rights. Omaze, an online fundraising platform has teamed up with Pearl Jam and their organization, The Vitalogy Foundation, to advance social change.
Fans can now enter for their chance to be flown out with a friend to Seattle and put up in the Pearl Jam Suite at The Edgewater Hotel, join frontman Eddie Vedder and bassist Jeff Ament on a private, after-hours tour of the Pearl Jam exhibit at the Museum of Pop Culture, and visit London Bridge Studios and see where Ten was recorded.
Jeff Ament told us a while back that even with several decades under its belt, the band is still eager to explore new sounds: ["We wanted to be a band that could really dip our toes into a lot of different styles. And I think we're there and we still know that there's more that we could do. There's still some areas that we can get into."] SOUNDCUE (:10 OC: . . . could get into.)
