Slash featuring Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators will release their latest album, titled 4, on February 11th. The album, which is the band's first on the Gibson Records imprint, features the just-released first single, The River Is Rising. The album marks the collective's first studio set since 2018's Living The Dream.
During his recent appearance on the Radio Bob webcast, Slash explained what sets 4 apart from his other albums: ["This time we managed to record with the backline intact. Standing in front of my amps and everybody playing in the room at the same time and no overdubs — that was really cool. It just has an energy that you just can't get when you start overdubbing stuff and everything is pieced together, it just doesn't have the same kind of energy."] SOUNDCUE (:17 OC: . . . kind of energy)
