Steven Page, co-founder and frontman of the band Barenaked Ladies is set to release another solo album. The 11 new tracks were written and produced entirely by Page, including the new single, “Zoom.”
Page, who left Barenaked Ladies in 2009 for a solo career, has already played several of the songs on his virtual concert series called Live From Home. The ticketed Zoom event has been ongoing every Saturday night for over 2 years and he now has over 90 episodes archived.
Excelsior will be his first album since 2019 and available for downloads on September 30. A vinyl version will be out early next year.
