Sarah “Annette” Craig (Steele) passed peacefully with family by her side on March 10th, 2025.
She was born on April 2nd, 1943, in Rising Fawn, GA. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend to many. She was a long-time member of the First Presbyterian Church of Chattanooga, TN.
Annette was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Floyd W. Craig; father, Gordon Steele, and mother, Lillian Steele.
She is survived by her sons, Tony Konrad and Scott Konrad, and her daughter, Heather (Terry) Bradford; step-children, Laura (Mike) Mullinax and Bill Craig; sisters, Sandra (Jerry) Wheeler, Hannah (Kenny) Rogers, Lynda (Bobby) Case. and brother, Gary Steele; her grandchildren, Tress Konrad, Morgan (John) Wilkens, Kori Konrad, Alyssa Konrad, Hayden Konrad and NaShee’ (Chad) Chisenall; several great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in her honor to the Alzheimer’s Association or the Missions program at First Presbyterian Church of Chattanooga, TN.
The family will receive friends at a Celebration of Life on March 23, 2025 from 1:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. at Ryan Funeral Home & Crematory, Trenton, GA.
