Our beloved Julie M. Scott, 79, of Trenton, GA, went home to be with her Lord on Saturday, May 25, 2024, at her home.
Julie was born on February 10, 1945, in Guntersville, AL to the late Other & Vollie Scott. She was a member of the Trenton Free Holiness Church and retired from the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville as an Executive Secretary following 40 years of service. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Collis & Edward Scott, and sister, Opal Rice.
Survivors include her sister, Elizabeth Fortner of Trenton, GA; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces & great-great-nephews and a host of friends, whom she loved dearly.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 28th at 1:00 p.m. EST at the Trenton Free Holiness Church with Rev. Jimmy Ferguson & Rev. Erik Scott officiating. Interment will follow at 3:15 p.m. CST at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Albertville, AL.

The family will receive friends on Monday, May 27th from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. EST and Tuesday from 12:00 noon until the service hour at Trenton Free Holiness Church.
