Jimmy Lee Phillips, age 40, of Higdon, AL passed away peacefully on Friday June 27, 2025, surrounded by his family. He was a graduate of North Sand Mountain High School. Jimmy enjoyed the outdoors, playing with his chickens, rooting on the Tennessee Volunteers, or gaming on his PlayStation.
He is preceded in death by his father Glen Phillips and nephew Daniel Ray Spurgin, Jr.
Surviving includes his mother Rebecca (Rick) Largent, sisters April (Mitchell) Helton, Jeanette (Jason) Phillips, Glenda (Kelly) Nation, Grace Smith, Paisley York, and Marley York, Brother Vincent York, Nephew Anthony Nation, and Niece Jonah Nation, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A Celebration of Jimmy’s Life will be held at 2 PM ET in the chapel with Bro. Ray Williams officiating. The family will receive friends from 11 AM until service time at Ryan Funeral Home, Trenton, GA.
