March 26, 1965 - October 27, 2025
Greg was a self-employed carpenter and a generous man who would literally give you the shirt off of his back. He will be missed by all who knew him. Greg was preceded in death by his parents, Marion, Jr. & Clara Mae Garner, sister, Charlotte Downer, and brothers, David & Steve Garner.
He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Vickie Garner; daughters, Kaylyn Prince & Taylor (Steven) Waterman; grandchildren, Dreyken Prince, Kaiden Waterman, & Rayleigh Waterman; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends are also left to cherish his memory.
The family would like to thank the staff of Tapestry Hospice for the love and care given, especially Megan & Jolene.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, October 31st at 2:00 p.m. at New Home Baptist Cemetery with Pastor Anthony Dickerson officiating.
