
June 20, 1956 - February 6, 2026
He was an avid bowler, serving the Greater Chattanooga Bowlers Association as vice-president, and a board member of the Southern Bowlers Association. Mr. McDaniel was retired from Wheland Foundry following 47+ years of service and was preceded in death by his daughter, Tiffany Marple, father, Kenneth (Ruth) McDaniel, mother, Virginia Thompson, sister, Donna McDaniel, son-in-law, Stanley LaDale Chapman, and his grandparents.
Survivors include his loving wife of 52 years, Janie McDaniel; daughters, Pamela “Kido” Chapman & Kerterina Marple; grandchildren, Michael (Ky) Lowery, Sarah (Shannon) Reese, Clarissa (Cory) Simmons, & Samantha (Mike) Singleton; nineteen great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; brother, Kenneth (Doddie) McDaniel, II; sisters, Debbie (Guy) Jones & Kathy Prater; several extended family members and nieces & nephews are also left to cherish his memory.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 14th at 3:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until the service hour Saturday at Ryan Funeral Home & Crematory, Trenton, GA.
