Franklin Delano Winans, 85, of Rising Fawn, GA, passed away on Saturday, August 30, 2025 at his residence.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, September 5, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the Chattanooga National Cemetery with full military honors. The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 4th from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Ryan Funeral Home & Crematory, Trenton, GA. A complete obituary will be forthcoming.
