Clinton Wayne Slaven
February 3, 1970 - April 10, 2024

Clinton Wayne Slaven, 54, of Chattanooga, passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at his residence following a 10 year illness.

Clint was the son of Wayne & the late Lois Slaven and a graduate of Soddy Daisy High School. Before his illness, Clint enjoyed being active with his son’s rec teams in Dade County and Lookout Valley. He coached many sports but was most well-known for the pictures he took and the hype videos he made. If you let him, he would talk your ear off, bragging on his boys or the antics of his beloved pets. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, uncles, Benny & Jerry Slaven, and his special aunt, Robin Potter.

Clint is survived by his wife of 23 years, Tina Clift Slaven; sons, Gavin Wayne & Elijah Creed Slaven; father, Wayne Slaven; beloved sister, Greta (Steve) Satterwhite; many aunts, uncles, nieces & nephews, with nephew, Logan Satterwhite, holding a special place in his heart.

The family will host a visitation on Sunday, April 14th from 3:00 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. at Lookout Valley Baptist Church. Graveside services will be held for friends and family on Saturday, April 20th at 2:00 p.m. CST at Sharp Cemetery in Jamestown, TN.
