The Trenton Police Chief is appealing his demotion, just a week ago, Steve Beaudoin a 32 year Veteran of the City was demoted from Police Chief back to patrol officer .
Mayor Alex Case has called a special meeting to hear the appeal Thursday afternoon at 5 pm. Most of the meeting will be in executive session, that is aloud by GA law to discuss personal issues.
Mayor Case and Police Commissioner Kirk Foshee meet with Beaudoin about his demotion.
The other Commissioners were unaware of the decision till after the Fact. The City voted to make Beaudoin Chief back in December.
