Suspect in Cash Gernon kidnapping allegedly grabbed another toddler in February

The suspect accused of snatching a sleeping Dallas boy who was later found dead allegedly tried to kidnap another child just months earlier — but the girl’s grandfather decided not to press charges at the time.
