A number of changes have been implemented since the beginning of COVID-19 for the superior court system here in North GA.
But with that said, the courts are still fully operational, but are operating under a Judicial Emergency Order from Judge Kristina Graham, the chief judge for the Lookout Mtn. Judicial Circuit. The order can be read here.
Superior Court Judge Brian House, the sitting judge here in Dade County, recently appeared on the K-WIN Today morning program, on News Radio 101.3FM and 1420AM KWN, and KWN TV.
