Dade County Deputies have been hard at work keeping our community safe!
Over the past two weeks, deputies have made:
-
10 drug-related arrests
-
4 DUI arrests
-
2 arrests for assault and battery
-
And executed 15 outstanding warrants
Meanwhile, our Dade County Jail staff supervised inmate work crews who removed 8 bags of trash and 2 dumped tires from Worley Chapel Road, Poplar Springs Road, and McBryar Road.
Sheriff Ray Cross shared this message:
“Our Deputies continue to work tirelessly to keep drugs and intoxicated drivers off our streets, as well as keep our roadways and ditches clean. These guys and girls come in to work every day, hit the ground running, and never ask for, or expect any recognition for it! We will continue to work hard for you all, and we are still very thankful for the support you provide us in our community.”
Thank you for standing with us. Together, we’re keeping Dade County safe and strong.
