The Dade County Superior Court Clerk’s office will be closed through January 1, 2021 due to a positive Covid 19 case. The office will reopen on Monday, January 4, 2021 at 8:30 AM.
According to the CDC guidelines if you are directly exposed to someone that test positive for Covid, you should quarantine for 14 days. My office staff and I will be quarantined during this time to prevent from spreading the virus and to protect our citizens.
Civil efilings may be submitted at www.PeachCourt.com and Real estate efilings may be submitted at www.gsccca.org.

During this time you may search the Grantor/Grantee Indexes at http://gasearch.Kofile.us and select Dade County. Deeds on this site are indexed back to January 3, 1984 to current. Lien records are indexed back to January 8, 2004 to current, and plats are indexed back to July 8, 2000 to current.
Real estate indexes and images are also available at www.gsccca.org. The images are available from January 1, 1990 to current.
