
Great news for the 15 counties in the Northwest Georgia Region as unemployment rates drop to lowest seen before COVID-19 pandemic began shutting down businesses and schools in March.
Dade County’s unemployment rate for November sits at 2.4% with a regional rate of 3.4%. November of 2019 was the last time the region saw a rate that low.
Nearby, Catoosa County hit 2.4%, Walker 2.8%, Whitefield 4.2%, and Chattooga 4.6%.
