Lady Wolverines Open State Playoffs Tuesday Night at East Laurens — Live on K-WIN
TRENTON, Ga. — State playoff basketball tips off this week for Dade County as both the Lady Wolverines and the Wolverines begin first-round action in the 2026 Georgia High School Association State Tournament.
The Lady Wolverines will start their postseason run Tuesday night on the road, traveling to Northeast Georgia to face East Laurens.
East Laurens enters the matchup with a strong 23-4 record, while Dade County comes in at 9-20 after earning a state berth through region play.
Tip-off is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 24, with live coverage on Classic Hits K-WIN beginning at 5:45 p.m. The winner will advance to the second round of the GHSA state playoffs.
Boys Open State Play Wednesday Night
The Dade County Wolverines will also hit the road this week.
The boys will travel to Dodge County in South Georgia for first-round state tournament action on Wednesday night. Game time and full broadcast details will be carried on Classic Hits K-WIN, your home for high school sports.
