HENAGAR, Ala. — The City of Henagar is helping local families get ready for Halloween with its 3rd annual costume giveaway.
Beginning Wednesday, October 22, residents can pick up free new and gently used costumes at Henagar City Hall. On opening day, distribution will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Starting Thursday, costumes will be available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. while supplies last.
The event is open to all residents, and costumes will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
City officials plan to continue the giveaway each weekday until all costumes have been claimed.
