Dozens of coronavirus summonses against NYC bar patrons dropped, liquor license remains revoked amidst closure

An attorney for a Staten Island bar owner arrested on violations of the state’s coronavirus dining restrictions said at least 20 summonses against patrons earlier this month have been dropped.
